The issue was in the checkButtonClickable function which only handled workflow actions. Now it properly checks for openLink actions with URL validation and click count limits.
- Modified checkButtonClickable to ignore click count limits for openLink actions - Hidden click count limit UI when openLink action is selected - OpenLink buttons are now always clickable as long as they have a valid URL - Updated unit tests to reflect the UI changes
